Mobile or office?
Mobile: request a date and time and provide your full collection address. Core service area mobile collection starts at an additional $50. Extended travel is quoted separately. LegacyLink confirms availability, travel fees, and the payment step after owner approval. Submitting a request does not reserve a time or charge you.
Office: choose a fixed-price test and an open Allen appointment at least 24 hours ahead. Pay securely online to confirm, without a separate request or manual approval.

Outside DFW?
Nationwide DNA testing is coordinated through Universal Forensics and partner affiliate collection facilities, not performed directly by LegacyLink outside DFW.
